ABOUT THE COMPANY
Currently the biggest factory for the production of smoked meats in the Czech Republic and one of the most up-to-date plants in the European Union as a whole. It has achieved its exclusive position by making regular investments in new technology, production equipment and plant expansion. The first production hall was opened in 1999, with the completion of another three production halls and other buildings happening in stages until 2008.
The main focus of production is ham, ham delicacies, sliced smoked meats, packaged smoked meats for mini-markets and supermarkets, seasonal goods such as meat for barbecuing and above all our own great-tasting specialties, with the top quality of the SCHNEIDER brand and our own special recipes par for the course. We take care to choose the best meat and seasoning for all our products and respect strict standards of hygiene and proper production practice. In 2001 the company introduced a system of quality management and had this certified in line with ISO 9001 international standards. The company also has certification according to BRC Global Standard Food standards.
